Duquesne University Ken Gormley to Step Down and Serve as Chancellor

Former Duquesne Law Dean Ken Gormley who rose to become President of the University, announced plans to step down as President on July 1, 2026.  At the request of the University’s Board of Directors, he agreed to remain as Chancellor of the University when he leaves the presidency.  By all accounts, Gormley’s presidency has been successful and he is credited with positively advancing many aspects of the University.
